Can I approve a sample before mass production?
Yes. For custom projects, a sample or pre-production specification can be reviewed before volume production. The approval method depends on the product and level of customization.
What is the MOQ for custom LED strip lights?
MOQ depends on the PCB, LED package, waterproof construction, accessories, packaging and whether new tooling is required. Share your expected order quantity so we can suggest the most practical route.
Can you match a specific CCT, color or brightness?
Target values can be discussed during specification review. Feasibility and tolerances depend on the LED package, order volume, measurement method and the selected product construction.
Can ZBL supply a complete system?
Matched drivers, controllers, connectors and aluminum profiles can be discussed with the strip. Compatibility is confirmed against the selected product and installation requirements.
Which certifications are available?
Compliance is model- and market-specific. Tell us the destination market and required standard; we will confirm which documents apply to the exact proposed configuration before you order.
