A high-voltage DC strip designed for very long underground routes where minimizing feed points and conductor losses is a primary requirement. The 48V circuit, 9W/m load and 48 LED/m configuration support extended linear installations with lower current than comparable lower-voltage products.
Its distinguishing feature is the published reference run of up to 240 m when used with the correct supply, cable and feed arrangement. The SMD2835 platform, CRI above 80 and -20°C to 55°C operating range make it the most project-focused long-distance mining option in this group.
Choose it for long mine routes, decline access, conveyor corridors and infrastructure runs. ZBL must validate the complete circuit before the maximum length is used in a specification.
Send the route length, supply locations, mounting height, ambient conditions and destination market. ZBL will confirm the electrical layout, construction, documentation and sample plan for the selected version.
