Product overview

A 48V DC hazardous-area linear light intended for classified projects where supply distance and conductor losses influence the system architecture. It delivers 1000 lm/m from 84 SMD2835 LEDs/m while keeping the sealed 20 × 10 mm silicone profile used across the hazardous-area family.

What makes this version different

Its main advantage is the lower circuit current available from a 48V design at a comparable wattage, which can simplify voltage-drop management on larger industrial layouts. The product retains the 500 mm internal PCB sections, 300 mm minimum bend diameter and silicone 18AWG connection cable.

Recommended applications

Choose it for larger classified routes after the power architecture, isolation points and certification documents have been reviewed. The 20 m product reference run does not remove the need for a complete cable and protection calculation.
