A 24V DC sealed linear light for classified industrial environments where product construction and certification documentation must be reviewed together. The 70 LED/m design delivers 830 lm/m inside a 20 × 10 mm silicone extrusion, balancing useful output with conventional low-voltage distribution.
The product uses 500 mm internal PCB sections, an 18AWG two-core silicone cable and a food-grade silicone enclosure. A 300 mm minimum bending diameter helps protect the internal circuit and seals during installation.
Specify only after confirming gas or dust classification, zone or division, temperature class, ambient range and installation method. ZBL will provide the certification package applicable to the exact quoted configuration.
