  1. Firstly, the PCB pads are coated with solder paste by automatic brush solder paste machine. The uniformity and thickness of the solder paste coating determines the quality and flatness of the solder lug, which determines the quality of the solder lug.

  2. Load the PCB board coated with solder paste on the carrier, input and set the solidification program of the chip by computer programming, debug the solidification direction and height, and determine the electrode direction of the chip.

  3. First do small batch bonding test, check the appearance quality of the well bonded PCB, determine the direction of bonding, with or without solder paste, and whether the position of bonding is correct, and flow the checked products into the next process.

  4. With solid and wafer into the reflow soldering, set the reflow temperature and speed, in the reflow soldering will be LED chip soldering firm. After discharging, conduct electrical test to test whether the LED chip is properly emitting light.

  5. After testing the LED chip, carry out the mixing process of silica gel and phosphor, and configure different ratios according to the color temperature, brightness and other photoelectric parameters specified by the customer, and defoam the matching glue.

  6. Fix the circuit board on the carrier of the dispensing machine for the dispensing process, which is the key process to the success of the strip. After dispensing, put it into the oven and bake it.

  7. Bake and test the photoelectric parameters of the strip to see if the test data meets the customer's requirements.

  8. After soldering the 0.5m PCB board, connect it into 5-10m varying requirements, back glue and pack the strip with reel.

  9. After small batch test, the production will be transferred to mass production without any abnormality.

  The whole process of cob strip production is complicated and each step is related to the quality of the strip. Only by treating each step strictly, can we guarantee high quality finished products.
