High Quality OEM/ODM LED Strip Manufacturer

A reliable LED strip manufacturer should be able to prove repeatable production quality—not only provide an attractive sample or a low quotation. Evaluate engineering support, material control, testing, traceability and how the supplier handles failures before placing a volume order.

Ask which processes are completed in-house and which are subcontracted. A capable factory should explain PCB sourcing, LED bin control, SMT or COB processes, soldering, silicone treatment, aging tests and final inspection. Verify the facility through a visit, live video audit or timestamped production evidence.
Do not compare quotations using only LEDs per metre and wattage. Match voltage, PCB width and copper weight, LED brand and bin, CCT, CRI, SDCM, lumens per metre, efficacy, cutting length, IP construction and connector requirements.

A logo on a certificate is not enough. Check model coverage, issuing body, validity and whether the tested construction matches the product being purchased.
Run the sample at full output in the intended profile and ambient temperature. Measure input voltage, power, output and temperature after stabilization. Inspect solder joints, adhesive, cut marks, connectors and waterproof seals. For repeat orders, agree on a signed reference sample and measurable acceptance limits.
For OEM work, ask how drawings, BOM revisions, labels, packaging and firmware or controller settings are approved. A supplier should not change LEDs, resistors, PCB copper or silicone without documented authorization.
Confirm MOQ, lead time, capacity during peak seasons, warranty procedure, spare quantity and response time for nonconformities. The cheapest strip can become the most expensive option after reinstallation, access equipment and project delay are included.
Review our company profile, factory facilities and qualifications. For a project-specific BOM, use the custom LED strip service.
No. The completed strip also depends on binning, drive current, PCB, thermal design and manufacturing control.
MOQ matters commercially, but it should not replace evidence of production consistency and support.
Test the same length, voltage, temperature, profile and diffuser, then compare measured output, power, color and temperature.
